EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping Therapy, is an energy technique that is best explained as emotional acupuncture without needles. Your body is made up of energy, the energy lines that run through the body are known as meridians, which connect to your emotional brain. When tapping, you are tapping the ends of the meridian lines to release emotion. EFT allows you to relax and set a new vibe, it clears negative energy beliefs and emotions.
