For Mental Health Awareness Day, we’ve created a Resilience Toolkit Workbook designed to help children understand and take control of their emotions in a positive, empowered way.

Using DOSE Mood Booster tools, children can process and move through the feelings using the natural chemicals that lift our mood (Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins).

The Resilience Toolkit Workbook introduces six of our big feelings: worry, sadness, anger, loneliness, embarrassment, and jealousy. Through practical activities, children learn to build a personal tool for each emotion, developing strategies they can use whenever these feelings arise. By the end, they’ll have their very own resilience toolkit, empowering them to boost their mood, build emotional intelligence, and take charge of their mental wellbeing.
